Azure OpenAI's built-in Content Safety filters use pattern matching and classification. Attackers bypass these using encoding tricks, language switching, and multi-turn conversation context that gradually escalates past the filter boundary. Your content filter configuration is binary - it either blocks or it doesn't. There's no behavioral analysis.

Your Azure OpenAI application's system prompt contains business logic, access credentials, and behavioral instructions. Through carefully crafted conversations, attackers extract the complete system prompt - revealing your pricing logic, internal API endpoints, and security rules.
